As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 east of U.S. 36, a deputy arrested Justin M. Fike, 33, of Marysville, for operating a vehicle while under the influence Friday at 2:26 a.m. He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 4 near Trout Road, a deputy charged Harley V. Fagg, 26, of Richwood, with possession of drug paraphernalia Friday at 8:28 a.m.
A deputy went to the Hamilton County Jail to take custody of Cody A. Ray, 27, of West Mansfield, for an outstanding arrest warrant Friday at 8:35 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers investigated an injury crash on U.S. 33 Saturday at 3:31 p.m. that involved an eastbound 2002 Ford F150 that drove off the left side of the road, crossed the median, and continued across the westbound lane before turning over. The driver, Barry Sweigert, 57, of Centerburg, was treated and released at the scene by Marysville EMS. He was cited for failure to maintain reasonable control of a motor vehicle.
