Vehicle crash reported on Watkins Road

Kenneth J. Mescher, 71, of Sidney, was cited with failure to control after his 2015 Toyota Prius, pictured above, went off the road and into a ditch Monday morning at 10:57 a.m. on Watkins Road. Mescher received minor injuries in the crash and was treated at the scene.
