According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Dustin Michael Decker, 31, of Richwood was cited for felonious assault in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 at 11:31 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an Oct. 2 incident in which an assault was reported at a local hotel.
