According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Roger Lee Owens, 31, of Caddie Drive was cited for disorderly conduct (fighting or threatening) in the 100 block of Riverwind Drive at 11:13 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD was called to a dispute.
