According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Graham Steven Perkey, 30, of U.S. 36 was cited for open container prohibited on Delaware Avenue at 8:59 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD “located multiple open containers in a vehicle.”
