Man shot, killed by deputy in Mill Valley

A local man was shot and killed by a law enforcement officer Monday following an incident in Mill Valley.

Matthew Todhunter, 33, of Raymond, was shot Monday by a Union County Sheriff’s Office deputy.

Todhunter was pronounced dead Monday night at Memorial Hospital in Marysville.
