According to Marysville Police Department reports:

Seth James Hall, 38, of Allenby Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest on Damascus Drive at 11:18 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Hall had an active warrant out of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
