According to Marysville Police Department reports:

Stephanie Lynn Wells, 53, of Route 38 was cited for a dog or animal at large in the 14000 block of Route 38 at 1:17 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a June 17 incident in which MPD was dispatched to a report of a dog bite.
