Suspect arrested for alleged rape of child

A Marysville man has been arrested and in jail on allegations that he raped a small child.

Marysville Division of Police have arrested Jeremy Eric Welch, 42, of 602 W. Fourth St., charging him with one count of rape, a felony of the first degree.
