Grand jury indicts man for alleged rape of teen

The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Tim Runyon, 50, of Bellefontaine, charging him with one count each of rape and sexual battery.

Union County Prosecutor Dave Phillips said Runyon was in a relationship with the child’s mother. He said the child viewed Runyon “as a father figure.”
