Online dating app led to assault of girl, 11

A Mason man has been charged with repeatedly raping and attempting to rape an 11-year-old local girl.

The Union County Grand Jury has indicted Michael Hoang Ngo, 26, charging him with two counts of rape as well as one count each of kidnapping and attempted rape.
