According to Marysville Police Department reports:

Amber Jarvis, 36, of Plain City was cited for theft in the 300 block of Converse Avenue at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Sept. 21 incident in which Walmart employees reported a female stole items from the business.
