David Edwin Nichols, 53, of Aspen Drive was cited for criminal endangering in the 100 block of Aspen Drive at 9:41 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Jan. 16 incident in which a 2019 Dodge Journey was damaged.
