Eyla Perdomo, 20, of Kenmore Crossing was cited for no operator’s license in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 2:17 a.m. Monday.

Police responded to a suicide threat in the 400 block of West Third Street at 8:48 a.m. Monday.
