Marysville City Council approved some zoning amendments Monday that clarify what will be allowed in the planned unit development of the Silos project. Changes include things like car washes and commercial options in the first floor of planned hotels. Above is a rendering that shows what that area west of North Main Street near the old water plant could look like. At left, the rendering shows how the project plans to utilize businesses with "waterfront views" along the creek.
