George L. Cook, 49, of 851 w. Fifth St., was arrested at 5:03 p.m., Friday on a felony warrant, at 631 E. Fourth St.

Joseph Allen Hamilton, 46, of 323 Walnut St., Apt. B, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Friday on a misdemeanor warrant.
