Cheyanne Nichole Wendel, 23, of Bellefontaine, and Justin J. Bates, 34, of Warsaw, were arrested at 1:55 p.m., Sunday at 555 Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard. Both were charged with theft stemming from an incident earlier in the evening.
