City Council heard the first reading of an annexation and rezoning for nearly 244 acres that will be the third phase of the Marysville East development. The third section will be largely residential with 800 to 850 homes, including 240 to 260 apartments as well as patio homes, single-family homes, duplex-style homes, townhomes and attached ranch homes.
