Apartments, commercial sites proposed along U.S. 42 in Plain City

Plain City is considering a concept plan for a new development in the village. The site, shown above in yellow, would bring apartments and commercial lots to the land on the west side of U.S. 42, near Pastime Park. Plans came before council at the most recent meeting and will now go back to the planning commission for possible zoning changes. (Graphic submitted)
