Jacob Stacey Elberfeld, 50, of 220 Greenwood Boulevard, was arrested at his residence at 3:24 p.m., Tuesday, on a warrant for criminal trespass. Elberfeld was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
From Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to a home in the 17000 block of Delaware County Line Road to investigate a theft of money from a bank account at 8:39 a.m., Tuesday. A report was taken.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail at 9:17 a.m., Tuesday, to take custody of James Allen Monroe Jr., 24, of Marysville, on an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to a home in the 17000 block of Paver barnes Road for a person threatening self-harm at 11:39 a.m., Tuesday. No report was taken.
A deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Tiffany R. White, 37, of Marion, on an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:08 p.m., Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Plain City Police Department responded to a business in the 8000 block of Industrial Parkway at 2:42 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a theft of sheet metal. No report was taken.
At 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, a deputy investigated a report of unwanted phone calls at a home in the 11000 block of Watkins Road. A report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with an injury crash in the area of U.S. 33 at the rest area at 4:23 p.m., Tuesday. Highway patrol handled the investigation but no report was listed in their crash reports.
A deputy assisted the Marysville Police Department at 5:07 p.m., Tuesday, with a person experiencing a mental health crisis in the area of U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road. No report was taken.
At 5:35 p.m., a deputy met with an officer from Madison Township Police Department to take custody of Jesus Castellanos Pena, 20, of Columbus, on an outstanding arrest warrant. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with an officer from Delaware City Police Department at 6:07 p.m., Tuesday, to take custody of Stephen Howard Metzger, 42, of Delaware, on an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 at 6:09 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate the theft of a driver’s license and credit cards. A report was taken.
